Connectivity & Device
AdasScada have 3 option for connectivity there is standard micro USB data cable, Bluetooth and Wifi, depend on device listed. AdasScada is dedicated software that only compatible with AdasLabs Device, but AdasLabs device developed for easy updating of firmware so that can compatible with other roasting software such as artisan, TC-4 and other.
AdasLabs device have several product ranges :
- RoastTemp, is one temperature sensor data logger for monitoring roaster machine. Use screwprobe type K stainless steel thermocouple that fully compatible for common roaster machine. Price IDR 650.000
- RoastDAC, is fully Data Acquisition for coffee roaster machine. This device can monitoring Bean Temperatur, Drum temperature, Air flow debit, Temperature & Relative Humidity and Drum rotation speed. Price start from IDR 2.500.000
- RoastControl, is the control module that operated under RoastDAC (must have RoastDAC before). This device can control of gas flow (for gas roaster), control of power of heater (for electric roaster), control of drum speed, open & close bean in and bean out, control of speed airflow blower, start & stop steering cooling bean and other customize control what do you need. Monitoring & Controlling Roasting Process
During the coffee roasting process, you can monitor realtime temperature, air flow, etc. (depending on the device used), and directly control the drum speed rotation, gas valve opening level, power level from heater, air flow and so on. In addition, you can also set everything automatically following the pattern from the previous data roasting record.

Data Acquisition
Recorded all batches in each coffee you roast that can be used as a reference for each subsequent roasting. Records of each batch, can be used as an automatic pattern (combining time, gas temperature or power level, air flow), so that it will get the consistency of roasted coffee results.
Every detailed coffee information from each batch, such as coffee type, variety, coffee origin details, target profile, post-harvest process, etc., where information is needed, is always recorded and can be used as a reference for development.
All data is stored in the .xls format, making it easier for users to analyze using a spreadsheet application that is either licensed or open source.
